LGBTQ+ INCLUSION + ANTI-OPPRESSION TRAINING, FACILITATION, + CONSULTING
MOST ORGANIZATIONS DON’T NEED ANOTHER TRAINING.
THEY NEED WHAT COMES AFTER ONE.
This work is not simply about learning the "right" language. It's about understanding power, practicing care, tending impact, and building the skills to respond when harm happens.
My equity work is rooted in anti-oppression, intersectionality, relational practice, and trauma-informed care. I bring both lived and learned experience—a blend of personal perspective, professional skill, strategic guidance, and real attention to group dynamics.
What sets this work apart isn't the curriculum. It's what happens in the room. I support groups in navigating the relational, emotional, and power-based dynamics that surface in conversations about identity, equity, and belonging—creating thoughtful agreements, tending defensiveness and conflict, helping teams distinguish intention from impact, and supporting leaders in responding to harm with accountability and care.
BEYOND A ONE-TIME TRAINING
I support groups in navigating the relational, emotional, and power-based dynamics that can emerge in conversations about identity, equity, harm, and belonging.
This may include creating thoughtful group agreements, supporting conversations across lines of difference, tending defensiveness or conflict, helping teams distinguish intention from impact, and supporting leaders in responding to harm with more accountability and care.
Speaking + Training
Workshops, keynotes, and staff trainings—customized, never off-the-shelf
Facilitation
Support for teams navigating complex conversations—one-time or ongoing.
Audit + Consulting
Organizational review across policies, language, and culture.
TWO AUDIT PATHWAYS
For organizations ready to move beyond intention and into practice, I offer equity and inclusion audits with optional training and implementation support.
AUDIT + ROADMAP
without training
A focused review of your current materials, communications, forms, policies, website copy, or participant/client pathways.
Includes a discovery call, written recommendations, inclusive language suggestions, priority action steps, and optional follow-up consulting.
Best for teams that already have some equity foundation and want expert guidance before making internal changes.
AUDIT + TRAINING
with education + team integration
A deeper process that combines review, recommendations, and customized learning for your team.
Includes a discovery call, audit findings, live training or workshop sessions, facilitated discussion, implementation strategy, and follow-up support.
Best for teams that need shared language, education, and support moving from intention into practice.

HOW IT WORKS
01 · CONVERSATION
A discovery call, not a pitch.
02 · PROPOSAL
Clear scope, timeline, investment.
03 · DELIVERY
Training, facilitation, or audit.
04 · FOLLOW-UP
Integration support, not a hand-off.
INVESTMENT
Trainings and workshops begin at $1,500. Organizational audits begin at $3,500, and audit-plus-integration engagements are scoped and priced annually based on depth and duration.
Every proposal is built transparently—you'll always know what you're paying for and why. These rates reflect the full scope of the work: discovery, customization, live delivery, and follow-through, not just the hours we spend in a room together.
Sliding-scale rates are available for grassroots and community-led organizations. If that's you, say so when you reach out—no justification required.
START WHERE YOU ARE
Not every organization is ready for an audit, and every organization can start somewhere. These are free, and they're the same frameworks I bring into paid engagements.
Gender-Inclusive Language Tool →
A five-question flowchart for choosing precise language around gender, bodies, identity, and systemic harm. Nothing is collected or stored. Useful for anyone reviewing program descriptions, intake forms, or website copy.
What to Say Instead of "Womxn" →
The reasoning behind the Gender-Inclusive Language tool, with alternatives for common situations and an eight-point audit covering forms, pronouns, facilitator readiness, policies, and repair.
Debunking the Myth of Biological Sex →
Why sex assigned at birth is the more accurate term, and where the older language causes harm in policy and practice.
→ If your team works through these and finds the gaps are structural rather than linguistic, that's usually the moment to get in touch.
This work is nuanced, layered, and personal.
Whether you’re looking for a one-time training, a keynote, a facilitated conversation, an organizational audit, or ongoing consulting support, I’d love to connect.
