My equity work is rooted in anti-oppression, intersectionality, relational practice, and trauma-informed care.

With a heart-centered and grounded approach, I support organizations, teams, schools, businesses, and communities in creating more affirming, inclusive, and accountable spaces—particularly for trans, nonbinary, queer, and 2SLGBTQIA+ people.

This work is not simply about learning the “right” language. It’s about understanding power, practicing care, tending impact, and building the skills to respond when harm happens.

I bring both lived and learned experience to this work, offering a blend of personal perspective, professional skill, strategic guidance, and care for group dynamics.

Beyond a One-Time Training

I support groups in navigating the relational, emotional, and power-based dynamics that can emerge in conversations about identity, equity, harm, and belonging.

This may include creating thoughtful group agreements, supporting conversations across lines of difference, tending defensiveness or conflict, helping teams distinguish intention from impact, and supporting leaders in responding to harm with more accountability and care.
