Beyond a One-Time Training
I support groups in navigating the relational, emotional, and power-based dynamics that can emerge in conversations about identity, equity, harm, and belonging.
This may include creating thoughtful group agreements, supporting conversations across lines of difference, tending defensiveness or conflict, helping teams distinguish intention from impact, and supporting leaders in responding to harm with more accountability and care.
