A website is one piece of the puzzle. Let’s build the whole picture.
You know your work. Putting it into language that lands, structuring offers people can say yes to, pricing it honestly, and building a site that holds all of it—that's a different set of skills. That's the part we do together.
THE FRAMEWORK
THE FOUR P’S, AND WHY MOST WEBSITES ONLY GET ONE OF THEM
Old-school marketing theory says every business decision lives in one of four places. I have complicated feelings about the framework—and still, the bones are useful.
01
PRODUCT
what you offer, and how it's structured
02
PRICE
what it costs, and why that’s coherent
03
PLACE
where people find and buy it—your website
04
PROMOTION
how anyone hears about it at all
Most website work gets scoped around one of those four P’s: place.
My work encompasses all four, and beyond. Yes, we can create a website that feels like a digital home for you and your work, ready to evolve with you. And we can also evaluate the structure of the home, so the business it represents is structurally sound.
HERE’S WHAT I OFTEN SEE:
I have booked 3 new clients in the last two weeks, full fee. This is definitely a faster rate than I used to get. This is a direct effect from all of your work.

HOW I WORK
THE PROCESS, IN FIVE STAGES
1
DISCOVERY
A free call where I learn your business and we decide together whether this is a fit. No pitch, no pressure.
2
STRATEGY
A paid 90-minute session mapping your offers, audience, positioning, and site structure. The full fee credits toward your project.
3
MESSAGING
Before anyone touches design, we finalize your offers, your language, and your voice.
4
DESIGN & BUILD
Visual direction, identity concepts, and a homepage prototype for your approval—then I build.
5
LAUNCH & HANDOFF
Final production, a recorded training session, and a roadmap for what comes next. Everything I make is yours.
WHY THIS WORK, THIS WAY
I’ve been working on websites since 2007—long enough to have watched a lot of trends come and go, and to know which parts of a site carry weight over time.
I came to this work sideways:
/ a background in journalism
/ two decades of business management and marketing
/ an MA in Human Rights and Latin American Studies
/ decades of yoga study and practice
/ and ongoing study in racial equity, emergent facilitation, restorative and transformative justice, and disability justice

My website work draws on all of it—clear language, real strategy, an honest analysis of power and access, and a pace your nervous system can actually sustain.
Accessibility and equity live inside the build. Heading hierarchy, alt text, inclusive language, color contrast, and user flow get decided while we're planning the site, which is the stage where those choices are most durable and least expensive to make. A digital home should be one that people can actually enter.
Within a week of revising our website with Tristan, we saw an increase in teaching staff applications!

THE PATHWAYS
TWO PATHWAYS
I take on a limited number of website projects at a time, so each one gets my attention from strategy through launch.
Payment plans are available on every pathway. If cost is the thing keeping you from accessing this work, let's talk—there's usually a way to make it doable.
THE FOCUSED MIX
Begins at $3,000 · approx. 4–12 weeks
For when your website needs clarity, and one aspect of your business needs real attention—a refresh of your site, one core offer developed, newsletter integration, foundational SEO, and an accessibility review.
THE FULL MIX
Begins at $7,500 · approx. 3–8 months
The whole ecosystem: full site build, your complete offer suite, pricing strategy, messaging and copywriting, visual identity, sales pages, launch plan, training, and a full handoff. Built to support your growing work in the world.
I launched a retreat on my new website and was able to fill it up in 6 weeks. Marketing felt really overwhelming to me, but Tristan helped me find a way in that feels authentic and aligned with my values.

WHAT COMES WITH EVERY WEBSITE PROJECT
HOWEVER WE WORK TOGETHER
Some things hold true across both pathways:
↳ a strategy-first process—we clarify your offers, positioning, and priorities before any design begins
↳ messaging and copy support for the pages we build, in your voice
↳ accessibility built into the work from the start—heading structure, alt text, inclusive language, and color contrast, never added on at the end
↳ foundational SEO so the right people can find you
↳ a recorded training session, so you can run and update your own site with confidence
↳ a project workbook and handoff notes—everything documented, nothing locked away in my head
↳ and knowing me: a curated set of follow-up resources, chosen for your business and your capacity
WHAT MOVES THE PRICE, WHAT DOESN’T
I am transparent with my pricing because guessing games serve no one. Within each range, the investment depends on real scope: how many pages, how much copywriting, whether we're developing your visual identity, whether we're migrating platforms.
Payment plans are available on every pathway. If cost is the thing keeping you from accessing this work, let's talk—there's usually a way to make it doable.
IF THIS FEELS LIKE A GOOD FIT, I’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.
