Speaking, Facilitation, + Consulting
for Equity, Inclusion, + Cultural Competency
My equity work is rooted in an anti-oppression, intersectional, and relational practice.
With a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach, I support individuals, organizations, and teams in building more affirming, inclusive, and accountable spaces—particularly for trans, non-binary, and queer communities. I bring both lived and learned experience to this work, offering a blend of personal perspective and professional skill.
I’ve facilitated sessions across industries—including wellness, mental health, nonprofit, corporate, and educational sectors—meeting people where they are while encouraging meaningful change.
