Allyship is Not Enough is a 3-hour trans inclusion workshop designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations move beyond basic LGBTQ+ training and into meaningful, real-world action. In the context of rising anti-trans legislation and cultural backlash, this workshop explores what effective allyship actually looks like in practice—at work, online, and in everyday interactions.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of gender diversity, power and privilege, and the current sociopolitical landscape impacting trans communities. This interactive allyship training also provides practical tools for interrupting harmful behavior, using affirming language and pronouns, navigating mistakes with accountability, and building more inclusive, equitable environments.

Ideal for workplaces, leaders, educators, and community members, this LGBTQ+ inclusion workshop centers actionable strategies, cultural awareness, and responsibility—supporting you to create safer, more affirming spaces where trans people are respected and supported.
