is a writer, educator, digital strategist, and equity-inclusion facilitator dedicated to shifting the culture and interrupting systems of harm. Their marketing work is rooted in an anti-oppression and intersectional lens, informed by years of study with Michelle C. Johnson and the teams at Resolutions Northwest and the Transgender Training Institute. Tristan believes that marketing can center relationship over transaction, that we can infuse our business growth strategies with our activism, and that we each have a role to play in disrupting oppression—in our marketing and beyond.
