Their work is rooted in an intersectional, anti-oppression, and trauma-informed lens that integrates decades of study into culturally competent marketing and business and LGBTQIA+ Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).

Tristan offers strategic consulting, equity-centered trainings, and keynotes that move audiences from awareness to action—with clarity, depth, and care.

They have had the honor of presenting and facilitating for programs with Stanford University, HubSpot, Portland Public Schools, LoveYourBrain, Williston Northampton School, and the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the U.S., among others, and they regularly consult with authors, educators, movement leaders, and change-makers—folks whose work is often featured in NPR, NBC, The New York Times, and USA Today.

Tristan is currently working on their first book—We are the Message: Practices for Embodied Visibility and Cultural Responsibility in an Online World, which will be available in March 2027 from North Atlantic Books. This is a book about digital life, power, and culture-making. It’s not another guide to visibility or strategy—it’s an invitation to see more clearly the systems shaping our digital lives… and to move through them with greater discernment, solidarity, and imagination.

Tristan’s work meets the moment by offering practical, principled tools for building culture, strategy, and systems that reflect the world we’re not just dreaming of, but actively co-creating.
